Orders & Projects
1. How can I place a custom order?
Contact me via contact form or email. We start with a sketch of your idea. Based on your input, I’ll prepare a draft drawing. Once you approve the design, we’ll discuss all the details – color, size, leather type, finish, and any personalization. After that, I’ll provide the final price and estimated completion time, and then I’ll start working on your unique piece.
2. Can I order a product based on my own idea?
Of course! That’s what I love most – creating something made just for you. You can send me inspiration images or just a rough idea, and together we’ll turn it into a design.
3. Can I order a product you’ve already made before?
I can recreate a previous design unless the original customer has reserved its exclusivity. If you’d like to make sure a design is only yours, just let me know when placing the order.
Repeatable products can be found directly in my shop and ordered without extra arrangements.
4. Can I order just the design without the product?
No – I don’t sell designs separately. The design is an integral part of the order, ensuring that the final product perfectly matches your expectations.
5. What if I send you my own graphic to use?
I can work with images you provide, but it’s very important that you own the rights to them. I’m not responsible for any copyright issues connected with customer-provided materials.
6. How long does it take to complete an order?
It depends on the complexity of the project and my current workload. On average, it takes X to Y weeks. I’ll always let you know the estimated timeframe before starting.
Payments
7. How can I pay for my order?
I accept payments via bank transfer / Blik / PayPal (please adjust to your methods). For custom orders, I require a deposit, which covers the cost of materials and the design. The amount depends on the size and complexity of the project.
8. Are there any additional fees (customs, VAT)?
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional charges such as customs duties or VAT may apply in the destination country. These costs are outside of my control and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping
9. How do you ship products?
I usually ship all items by post, but courier shipping is also available – just let me know when ordering.
10. How long does delivery take?
Within Poland, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the country and carrier – usually 5–14 business days.
Materials & Craftsmanship
11. What materials do you use?
I work exclusively with vegetable-tanned natural leather – a high-quality, durable material that ages beautifully. I also use carefully selected threads, rivets, and metal fittings.
12. Why might the product look slightly different from the photos?
Every item is made entirely by hand – from the first cut of leather, through stitching, to finishing. Small variations in texture, shade, or detail are natural and make each piece one of a kind.
Care & Durability
13. How durable are your products?
Natural leather is extremely strong and, with proper care, can last for many years. Keep in mind that painted elements may fade over time, especially in areas exposed to heavy friction (like a tight pocket). Leather goods are also not resistant to being fully soaked, so it’s best to protect them from water.
14. How should I care for leather goods?
Use leather care products such as conditioners and waterproofing balms, and avoid prolonged exposure to water. Regular care helps your leather goods stay beautiful and durable for years.
Returns & Complaints
15. What if I don’t like the product?
Since each item is made to order, standard returns are not possible. Before production, I always confirm the design, materials, and details with you to make sure the final product meets your expectations.
16. What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact me with photos of the issue. I handle complaints individually – the solution may be a repair, replacement, or partial refund. I always aim to find a fair and satisfying outcome.
17. Can I return a product?
I do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized products.
Repeatable shop items (non-customized) can be returned according to consumer law, as long as they are sent back unused and undamaged.
Refunds are issued once I receive and inspect the returned product.
Collaboration & Contact
18. Do you accept bulk orders or collaborations?
Yes – I also take larger orders and I’m open to collaborations (for example, with companies or institutions). Pricing, conditions, and timelines are agreed individually.
