Regulations of the LK Leather Goods Site & Online Store
1. General provisions
The LK Leather Goods online store and site (hereinafter referred to as the “Store” or “Site”) is operated by Łukasz Kaszuba, conducting business activity under the company name LK Leather Goods Łukasz Kaszuba, registered in Poland, NIP: 5862247942, REGON: 221206555

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, deliveries, and complaint procedures.
The Store’s Clients may be consumers (B2C) and entrepreneurs (B2B).
2. Offer and orders
The Store offers handmade leather goods, including products made to individual order.
All prices are final. The Seller is exempt from VAT under Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland), the buyer may be required to pay local import taxes (such as VAT) or customs duties according to the regulations of the destination country. The Seller is not responsible for these additional charges.Orders can be placed via the Store’s website lkleathergoods.com/shop.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order.
The Client is obliged to provide true and complete contact and delivery details.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via:
PayPal,
Stripe (credit/debit card).
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped from Poland.
Deliveries are carried out via Polish Post or courier companies.
Delivery costs and options are presented at the time of placing the order.
Delivery time depends on the type of product:
made to order products, as stated in item description
custom-made/personalized products – delivery time agreed individually with the Client.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
products made to the Client’s individual specifications,
personalized items.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Seller via e-mail lkleathergoods@gmail.com
The Client bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date the returned product is received, using the same payment method as originally used.
6. Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver products free from defects.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to lkleathergoods@gmail.com
The complaint should include: Client’s name, order number, description of the defect and the Client’s request.
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days.
7. Personal data
The Seller is the administrator of Clients’ personal data.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining Client accounts, and – if consent is given – for marketing purposes.

8. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store’s website and may be downloaded and saved by the Client.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes with consumers shall be resolved by the competent courts under applicable law.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of users of the LK Leather Goods website and online store.

2. Scope of processed data
The following personal data may be processed:
first name and last name,
delivery address and correspondence address,
e-mail address,
phone number,
invoice details (VAT number, company name – if applicable).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
performance of the sales agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
compliance with legal obligations, especially accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
handling complaints and returns (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR),
establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
marketing activities – only on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with:
courier and postal service providers,
online payment operators,
IT service providers (hosting, e-commerce software),
accounting offices – to the extent necessary to comply with accounting obligations.
5. Transfer of data outside the EEA
In the case of delivery outside the European Economic Area, personal data may be transferred to carriers operating outside the EU. Such transfer is limited to the extent necessary for order fulfillment.
6. Data retention period
data related to contracts – until claims arising from the contract are time-barred,
accounting documentation – for at least 5 years in accordance with applicable law,
data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn.
7. Rights of data subjects
Every person has the right to:
access their data,
rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their data,
data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw consent at any time,
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and fulfilling a sales contract.

The website uses cookies – small text files stored on the user’s device – which may be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
